Welcome to Acquired Taste, the most recent series to be added to our SF Originals line-up, where we bring prominent, Dubai-based, celebrity Chefs into the kitchen to spice things up with a little fun. We blindfold them, we make them taste a viral TikTok recipe and then we watch as they recreate the trend with their own personality and style.

This week’s viral recipe is ‘TikTok Ramen,’ and the poor soul who had to taste our version is the young and energetic Chef Solemann Haddad, the Head Chef and Co-Founder of one of Dubai’s hottest new dining spots: Moonrise. Check out our latest episode, try his recipe at home (trust us, you’ll want to recreate his version), and let us know what you think. Tag #AcquiredTaste on social media so we can see how yours turned out.

Chef Haddad’s recipe is fast, easy, and incredibly delicious – look what he does at the end. All we can say is that now there is no other way we will eat our ramen.
