When Coach handed the reigns over to CEO Victor Luis and Creative Director Stuart Vevers, we knew the brand was destined for a major (and much needed) makeover. The seriously talented Vevers swiftly ensured that Coach products would be trendier and hipper than ever, and Fall/Winter 2015 is the delivery of that promise. Borrowing key favorites from the street style world — like leather backpacks, high-top sneakers, and fuzzy knit caps — proved to be a smart move for the brand, as the looks skew younger. Design intricacies elevate the collection to new heights with patchworked details, color-blocked construction, and a cool “dripping” leopard print employed to boost the luxe feel of Coach’s bags (we’re especially drawn to the leopard-print backpack and embossed crocodile ‘Swagger’ bag).
