Every day, at 8:30 a.m., Reema Al Banna arrives at the Reemami offices ready to tackle a hard day’s work. “Half the day is usually spent on managing production and other administrative issues,” Al Banna shares in an exclusive interview with Savoir Flair. “If I’m in a creative zone, I’ll design, get inspired, and create samples. I usually leave the office around 8:30 p.m.” A thriving womenswear brand calls for a heavy work schedule, but Al Banna’s beautiful, well-lit space is an ideal place to spend the day. Against pristine white walls, her colorful collections, swatches, and materials make vibrant additions to the scenery, bringing a sense of energy and optimism to her surroundings.

“These chairs were abandoned in our old house, so I decided to rescue them and give them a makeover. I painted them, and just recently added some weaving with my signature shoe laces.”
“Deers are one of my favorite animals, as my name in Arabic refers to a type of gazelle. I put the headband from my ‘Frida’ collection on the deer as a twist on reality.”
