At Milan Fashion Week, DSquared2 clearly had Fall/Winter 2015’s arctic temperatures on its mind. An Inuit- and Native American-inspired collection boasted plenty of moments to get cozy next season, with fur-lined coats and native blanket coats stitched with expressive embroidery taking center stage. Accessories followed suit, exemplified by stunning heels trimmed with beaver and mink fur, embroidered patches, and leather tie-around straps. The tribal effect was also rendered on must-have tote and cross-body bags, which featured an array of multi-colored beadwork in exotic patterns.
