For Fall 2015, Fendi presented a collection that has us dreaming of winter weather. Coats – tailored, puffy, and all sorts of cozy – paraded down the runway in various lengths; leather paneling was a key component of many looks, and of course, in true Fendi form, there was lots of fur. While the collection was mostly a neutral color palette of brown, white, and black with hints of red and orange, the accessories helped add a little something extra to the presentation.
Enter the brand’s continuously coveted ‘Peekaboo’. Shown in various sizes, the bag’s new designs came in geometric patterns, fur, suede, and calf hair. The signature ‘Karlito’ was also given a little makeover, with an edgy, leather mohawk and extra furry embellishments. Never one to shy away from the unexpected, Karl Largerfeld placed a single Bird of Paradise flower inside each bag.
