In this Exclusive First Look, Savoir Flair unveils Bedouin‘s radiant collection for Spring/Summer 2015, along with a sneak peek behind the scenes at the making of the Dubai-based brand’s lookbook. The collection features a sleek update on 1950s style, like crop tops, gauchos, and shirtdresses outfitted in monochrome Hawaiian prints, gorgeous white lace, or pops of mint green and dove gray. “The original starting point for the collection was the fifties classic South Pacific,” Bedouin designer Andraya Farrag tells us exclusively. “Contrast is a running theme, combining island life with an urban color palette, allowing the collection to suit multiple environments.”
In a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Bedouin’s Spring/Summer 2015 lookbook, witness the photography team in action as a wet-haired model perfectly captures the spirit of a carefree day at the beach. Speaking to Savoir Flair, Farrag gushed about the people who helped make her vision a reality, saying, “The shoot was great thanks to an amazing team. My trusted makeup artist Amanda is always amazing to work with, because I can just leave her to it while I play around with the set. Zuzana and Zuez, our model and photographer, were also fantastic. With great music playing, it was a perfect day!”
