Vanessa Etro, along with many other designers, was greatly inspired by the 1960s and 70s for the Spring/Summer 2015 season. Taking cue from Native American styles, Etro blended hippie chic with Navajo patterns and prints. Single feather earrings and tribal necklaces complimented the spring collection, but one theme across the accessories was clear: fringe. Everything from shoes, bags, and jewelry were covered in long, suede trimmings. moccasin knee-high boots were presented in various colors of caramel, bright red, shades of grey, and different blues. Crossbody bags with flowing fringe were shown with different, colorful Navajo prints embroidered on the front of the bags. Necklaces with streams of fringe were mixed with feathers and stones.
