To mark the regional unveiling of its beauty line, Christian Louboutin grants Savoir Flair readers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the making of its ‘Ballerina Ultima’, a unique collectable that features the tallest stiletto ever designed by the brand. The height of the heel is 20.5 centimeters and inspired the dramatic cap of the brand’s new nail polishes. The side of the objet d’art features the shadow of ancient Egyptian Queen Nefertiti. “Nefertiti is, in a lot of ways, my ideal of beauty. Her painted face symbolizes the type of beauty that I adore,” Louboutin reveals.
