While many of the brands on the New York circuit have so far focused very little on accessories, Hervé Léger by Max Azria relied heavily on them to compliment its Japanese warrior-inspired collection. Simple, yet eye-catching, accessories shown on yesterday’s runway included strappy black sandals, thick waist belts, and sleek bags. The new triangle clutch – presented in solid black and nude-colored versions – is reminiscent of an ancient samurai shuriken (ninja star). Be prepared for battle (figuratively, of course) when you add this geometrical bag to your list of spring must-haves.
