Lebanese-born, Qatar-based banker Dalia Nsouli has garnered quite the social media following for her unique style. Her fearless approach to fashion sees her embrace the idiosyncratic and the audacious with a penchant for bold colors, statement skirts, and mixed patterns and prints. Quick to adopt far-out pieces, like a custom-made Elvira T’hart leather jacket, Nsouli is a fashion trailblazer who mixes tomboyish pieces with über-feminine accents.
In this gallery, she shares a week’s worth of wardrobe looks and insight into her personal style.
Day 1
“I love the 80s and how bold fashion was back then. A loud Versace silk shirt is a timeless investment and an easy way to dress up or down for a lunch out with friends.”

Day 1
How has your personal style evolved over the years?
When I was young, I over-matched everything, from shoes, to belts, to handbags. As my personal style developed, I became more comfortable expressing myself and started taking risks. I realized it was more fun to pair very different prints and styles together, and create your own style rather than play it safe.
Day 1
How would you describe your personal style?
All over the place, but more tomboy-ish than feminine. Some part of my outfit always has to be loud, be it a flashy colored heel, a statement necklace, or a crazy skirt. I consider myself to be very experimental.
Day 2
“Tonight, I’m wearing a Dolce & Gabbana polka-dot pencil skirt for dinner with my husband. Polka dots are a closet staple and I love clashing this print, because it looks good with anything.”
Day 2
Oscar de la Renta top, Dolce & Gabbana skirt, Manolo Blahnik pumps, S’uvimol shoulder bag, and Dior earrings
Day 2
What inspires you to put on a fabulous outfit each time?
My husband inspires me to put on a fabulous outfit each time. He’s very picky and loves a polished woman.
Day 2
What would your signature outfit be?
A funky statement skirt with a plain top and stilettos.
Day 3
“I love how versatile this Dolce & Gabbana dress is. Today I’m pairing it with Louboutin wedges for a Friday brunch.”

Day 4
“For tonight’s dinner, I’m wearing a Gap T-shirt with a Dior skirt. I love mixing couture and high-street.”
Day 4
Are there any fashion items that you collect?
When it comes to collecting fashion items, I’m a hoarder.
Day 5
“It’s much more fun clashing your outfits, like this checkered Stella Jean shirt with a Dolce & Gabbana skirt.”

Day 7
Where do you generally like to shop?
I almost always shop online or on vacation. The Internet has revolutionized fashion in my opinion, by making almost anything accessible. Even if something isn’t found online, I usually contact the designer by e-mail to try and place an order.
