With the launch of the brand new flagship store, Adidas is unveiling a new era of sports retail – one that is embedded in innovative digital and sustainable practices. The unique 16,000 square-foot immersive retail space is the most digitally connected Adidas store in the Middle East, with over 60 consumer-facing digital touchpoints throughout the store promising to transform the traditional shopping experience.

The intelligent retail journey is designed to deliver an uninterrupted shopping experience. The interactive consumer experience includes smart changing room mirrors that scan your selected products, provide information, and allow users to request different sizes and colors without leaving the room. The smart fitting room mirrors even allow consumers to see how their chosen outfit would look like in the real-world scenario with the touch of a button. Consumers can also use the Adidas app to enjoy a real-time product scan and a try-it-on feature called ‘Bring it to Me.’ The app even allows you to request your preferred size and have it delivered to you as you browse the store.
The new Adidas Dubai Mall flagship store is also the brand’s most sustainable store in the region, conceptualized using a range of sustainable and responsibly sourced materials. The store features an area dedicated to sustainability, where consumers can shop the latest environmentally friendly products, and also educate themselves on the sportswear giant’s sustainability journey.
The highlight of the store, however, is the ‘Maker’s Lab’, located in the heart of the store. The ‘Maker’s Lab’ houses an unparalleled collection of customization options including patches, laser engravings, embroidery, and beyond.
The flagship store is also the only store in the region with a unique ‘Adidas Dubai store’ within it, where shoppers can purchase Dubai-exclusive products.
