Britain’s biggest night in cinema, the BAFTAs, saw the usual suspects sweep the awards ceremony. 1917 won big, as did Laura Dern for Best Supporting Actress and Renée Zellweger for her leading role in Judy. Meanwhile, the red carpet looks stayed on the classic side, with lots of chic black gowns and colorful columns keeping things sophisticated rather than risky.Â
What was unusual, however, was this edition’s sustainable-fashion guide that specifically asked guests to rent a look, wear something they’ve already worn, or don a look by a sustainable brand on the red carpet. Right off the bat, we noticed Kate Middleton – the queen of making the most of her existing wardrobe – in a gorgeous Alexander McQueen gown that she first wore in 2012. Can you spot the other repeats on the BAFTAs 2020 red carpet?
