Here, she talks about the beauty and style aspects that so inform her life.
Let’s start with fashion. Where do you shop?
I love mono-brand designer stores, such as the Dries Van Noten store in Paris and the Rick Owens store in Palais-Royal. I love walking into a store and seeing all of the designer’s pieces.
How would you define your personal style?
Two words: dark and feminine.
What is the ‘Stephanie LaCava’ signature outfit?
A long-sleeved shirt, bloomers, and Ann Demeulemeester heels. In the winter, thigh-high socks and a floppy hat.
Who are your favorite designers?
I have quite a few. This season, I am loving Miu Miu, Rick Owens, Ann Demeulemeester, Marc Jacobs, and Marni.
What will you be wearing this season?
Short, Pierrot-like dresses from Marc Jacobs and everything from Dries Van Noten’s new collection.
The last book you sunk into is…

What is your signature scent?
Diptyque’s L’Ombre dans l’Eau, which smells of black currant and Bulgarian rose.
You have incredible hair. Who looks after it?
I visit Marcos Diaz at Ion and Lena Ott to keep my hair as red as it was when I was little. I also regularly get ayurvedic scalp treatments with oil to strengthen my hair and keep it healthy.
What is your fitness regimen?
I love being active. I practice Pilates and walk up hills as much as possible.
How do you pamper yourself?
I visit Isabelle Bellis and book myself in for some treatments to relax.
What is on your iPod?
Nineties music. A few of my favorite songs are “Hunger Strike” by Temple of the Dog, “In Bloom” by Nirvana, and “Under the Bridge” by Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Sushi dinner at Omen or Takahachi with my best friend before heading back to my place to hang out.
Last but not least, what are three things we may not know about you?
1) I love string beans and hate chocolate.
