This urgent need to innovate led the store to develop a women’s ready-to-wear section, which launched for the first time with an auspicious party featuring an exclusive runway show by Manish Arora. It took place after guests embarked on an early morning hot-air balloon ride and dined on a luxurious meal in the desert before being transported back across the dunes in vintage cars.
Ripe with perfect looks for the Middle East summer – including five colorful kaftans made exclusively for Tryano alongside long summer dresses and gorgeous capes – the Manish Arora show wowed attendees. “The women of Abu Dhabi love fashion, and they are particular about who and what they wear,” commented Arora. “They know their fashion designers and history very well. And I love that. It was a pleasure creating five kaftan styles inspired by the Emirati woman exclusively for Tryano.”
Naturally, Arora’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection is available in the new women’s ready-to-wear department, as are releases by Alice + Olivia, Roberto Cavalli, MM6 by Maison Martin Margiela, and Red Valentino.
