What better way to spotlight Shopbop’s special Ramadan edit than with one of the women at the center of the modest fashion trend, Saufeeya Goodson? She showcases the most current styles to wear for Ramadan against exquisite patterned backgrounds in modest designs by brands like Melissa Odabash, Ganni, and Oscar de la Renta – all available at the click of a button on Shopbop.com.

As a young Arab woman living in Dubai, Goodson saw an opportunity to showcase fashion in a way that celebrated her culture while simultaneously demonstrating her own sartorial sensibilities. She has proven to be an integral part of the “modest revolution”, where young women in the Arab world are reclaiming their power through dress by choosing modesty as a clear statement of self and self-worth. So far, Goodson has become something of a cultural icon through the movement, landing big interviews, fashion editorials, and now a shoppable spread on Savoir Flair in collaboration with Shopbop for Ramadan.

With poise and fearlessness, Goodson makes her message come to life by putting a modest spin on each look – proving that modest fashion belongs with the ranks of the “It” crowd.
