Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England has long held historical significance for the house of Dior. It was there, in 1954, that Christian Dior unveiled his “H” couture collection to Princess Margaret and a host of other elite guests in order to raise money for the British Red Cross, and it was also at Blenheim that Yves Saint Laurent (Dior’s brief successor after his death) staged a Dior show in 1958.

Although Dior spared no expense to bring a host of socialites, bloggers, editors, celebrities, and clients to its Cruise 2017 extravaganza – which included a stop by the Dior-branded pop-up pub in London and a train ride to the English countryside via The Dior Express – the rest of the world had to live the opulent event vicariously through posts on social media. Now Dior invites you inside Blenheim Palace for a close-up tour of its gilded hallways and lavish interiors, where the fashion-forward Cruise 2017 collection stood out in modern juxtaposition to its ornate, old-fashioned surroundings.
