Kenzo Creative Directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim dug deep into the Disney archives to draw inspiration from original sketches for their latest designs. The limited-edition collection of ready-to-wear pieces will be available in conjunction with the worldwide re-release of Walt Disney Pictures’ The Jungle Book this month. Leon and Lim gave life to the sketches through the use of rich colors and cheeky prints translated onto a full line of womenswear and menswear that are in keeping with the brand’s aesthetic, making it a collaboration you didn’t know could happen but just magically works.
