Deriving most of her inspiration from nature, Doha-based designer Yasmin Mansour looked to aquatic life for her Spring/Summer 2016 collection. She then translated it into a 12-piece collection filled with capes, skirts, and evening dresses, which she is debuting for the first time this season, all created by hand. When asked about the monochromatic collection, Mansour exclusively tells Savoir Flair, “We focused more on the metallic color, so it’s made to look similar to a fish’s skin and sea plants.”
