Dubai is like Disneyland for adults (and kids too), but it can be overwhelming and time-consuming to filter through everything our gorgeous city has to offer on the weekends. Let’s be honest, after you’ve worked all week long, the last thing you want to do is waste your precious R&R time sifting through offers and websites. Sometimes, you miss the best events because it takes too long to find them.
Savoir Flair is here to help start your weekend off on the right note. We are giving you our favorite picks for what you should be doing this weekend in Dubai. So whether it’s a much-needed day at the beach, a well-deserved spa treatment, or a day of adventure, you have never felt more on holiday than you will in Dubai this weekend.

Motiongate is Bringing Spooky Back
Motiongate is pulling out all the spooky stops for the whole family. Halloween Fright Nights will be taking place at the famous Hollywood-themed amusement park until Saturday November 14th with creepy characters and lots of candy. You can also catch a live 20-minute horror show at the Hollywood Theater about ‘The Collector and The Hollowheart Beast’.
For the bravest among you, head to ‘The Underworld’ as you try to make your way through the horror maze, tracking down a sinister creature lurking in the crypt. With prizes for the best-dressed costumes, make it a family affair and day of fun (and terrifying) tricks and treats.
Visit a Haunted Ship
QE2 is back for the spookiest brunch around where you can “eat, drink, and be scary.” The infamous ship has redecorated for its annual shenanigans starting with a transformed Friday brunch for the Halloween Family Fest on Thursday, October 29th and Friday, October 30th. With food and beverages flowing, and a special haunted hall for the kids complete with Halloween games, a bouncy castle, scary face painting, and balloon making, your family is sure to find something for everyone.
And while you’re there, why not check out the Haunted Bridge Tour for 30 minutes of non-stop creepy crawlies as a ghostly guide takes you through the ship ending on the haunted Captain’s Bridge? Just watch out for those lurking in the shadows. And if that isn’t enough to get your thrill fix, you can book yourself a cabin and stay the night on the creepy, haunted ship. Although we don’t imagine you’ll be able to get much sleep.
Watch a Scary Movie on the Beach

They’ll be showing It Chapter One at 8pm on the sand, but you can join them at 7 pm for more thrills and chills. Scary costumes expected.
If you want to join the party earlier, they’re holding a night brunch Monster Bash on Thursday, October 29th with DJs and live entertainment from 8pm to 1am, and on Friday and Saturday, you can come as early as 10am to enjoy the Long, Long, Halloween Brunch with beach and pool access.
