Can you say surprise reunion?
If you’re a Scrubs fan, listen up – and if you’re not, now’s the time to catch up with all nine seasons of the show. The beloved medical comedy-drama from the 2000s still has quite the passionate cult following, so it’s no surprise that Zach Braff and Donald Faison (who co-starred on the show and are best friends IRL) decided to take a trip down memory lane in the form of a new comedy podcast.
Rather aptly named Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach + Donald, it features them reliving the hilarious hit TV show, one episode per week at a time. Expect the two actors to share behind-the-scenes stories, reminisce about some of their favorite memories from filming, interview other cast members, and connect with Scrubs super fans. The first episode sees the duo talk about filming in an abandoned hospital, discuss the audition process, and explain why they were so starstruck by Sarah Chalke – a.k.a. Dr. Elliot Reid. Listen to it here.
