To mothers new and old and families spending today together and apart – we are thinking of you all at this difficult time. Happy Mother’s Day 🌷 • 1. Amidst all the grim news coming out of every corner of the globe, royal watchers were treated to not one, but two uplifting posts on Instagram yesterday – both in celebration of Mother’s Day in the UK, of course. Not only did Prince William and Kate Middleton pay tribute to Prince Diana and release previously unseen images of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Carole Middleton (the resemblance is uncanny), but they also shared a photo of the adorable card that George made for the occasion. In contrast – but just as special – was Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s less personal approach. They took to their official account to honor mothers across the world, regardless of what they’re called.
