Ellie Goulding
Going down the traditional route for her nuptials at the grand York Minster cathedral, singer Ellie Goulding chose a high-necked, long-sleeved gown by Chloé when she married Caspar Jopling. The custom silk crepe dress, which took 640 hours to create, was embellished with hand-embroidered White Roses of York and white glass beads.
Sophie Turner
In one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner married popstar Joe Jonas at Château du Martinay in the south of France. As one of the faces of Louis Vuitton, it’s no surprise the actor turned to creative director Nicolas Ghesquière for her magnificent bridal gown, a lace full-skirted number with sheer sleeves and a cut-out back.

Another celeb to say “I do” in 2019, Hilary Duff married music producer Matthew Koma at the couple’s LA home, with the bride wearing British designer Jenny Packham. The American actor’s floor-length ivory gown was understated from the front – it featured strong shoulders and flowing cape sleeves – but beautifully detailed at the back, with a cut-out and 100 buttons running down the center.

Hailey Baldwin
Yet another celebrity wedding that had tongues wagging was that of Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin. For starters, they had two, with the larger celebration taking place on September 30 in the luxurious waterfront resort of Montage Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina.
As for the bride? She wore a whopping three different looks for the big day: a custom Off-White gown and matching veil emblazoned with the words “till death do us part” for the ceremony, a Ralph & Russo halterneck seen in the first photobooth shots to emerge from the wedding, and a custom Vera Wang slipdress that she teamed with trainers at the reception.
