In collaboration with Smart Works, a charity under her patronage that aids and empowers women, Markle is designing a workwear-themed capsule collection. Chanel Takes Cruise 2020 to Hong Kong

As Asia’s luxury consumer grows in power, its countries have become a necessary pitstop on the fashion circuit. Chanel was just in Shanghai for its annual Mademoiselle Privé exhibit, and has recently announced a return to the region to re-show its Cruise 2020 collection – which marked new Creative Director Virginie Viard’s first solo collection for Chanel – in Hong Kong.

The show will take place at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour on November 6. Not only does the re-imagined location reflect the travel theme of the season, but so does the collection itself, which features easeful longline silhouettes done in a rainbow-variety of Chanel’s signature tweed.
