YOOX Launches Shoppable Videos on YouTube
YOOX has launched an innovative new shopping concept unlike any other – via special YouTube videos created in collaboration with Google and Stink Studios. The online fashion retailer’s unique “pre-roll ads” offer the most exclusive shopping experience ever: products that are only available during the time frame of the video.
Products are styled as the “endangered” subjects of the video, and shoppers have to “save” them by clicking on them before they disappear into the ether. Once the video is over, you won’t be able to find the products that were featured on the YOOX site or even watch the same video twice.

This time around, Calvin Klein also opted to skip the print ads and go straight for a digital campaign that was released to much fanfare right before Thanksgiving.

Although it was something of a surprise to learn that Jennifer Lawrence was dating the much older Darren Aronofsky earlier this year, it makes sense given the bond they shared while shooting the intense thriller Mother!. However, their romance was short-lived as it was announced earlier this week that Lawrence and the film director had split. In a post-breakup interview, the award-winning actress shared that she wants to retire from the limelight for awhile. “I want to get a farm,” she shared. “I want to be, like, milking goats.”
