Menu highlights will include Aiken’s Spanish lamb shoulder with spiced chickpeas and a variety of lobster and chicken dishes served in a casual, relaxed dining setting.
Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton’s Marina Social has made its debut in the newly opened InterContinental Dubai Marina. This is the latest restaurant from Atherton, whose 14 high-end establishments span over four continents.
Located in Raffles hotel, La Residence is a stylish Parisian-inspired eatery with a killer menu to match. Set to open next week in the Address Dubai Marina hotel, this unique dining concept is adding a little French flair to the city. Try the truffle scrambled eggs, watch as a classic ‘Crêpe Suzette’ is flambéed before your eyes, or opt from any of the other delectable, classichome-style dishes on the menu.
