Dining in the Dark
It’s said that not being able to see what you’re eating creates a heightened state for your other senses, such as smell and taste, which is why the concept of dining in the dark has been a popular culinary experience for years. If you’re eager to see what all the hype is about, head to Noire at the Fairmont Dubai, which is offering diners the opportunity to eat their meal in complete darkness while being served by waiters wearing night-vision goggles. This experience includes a three-course meal and is priced at AED 325/SAR 331 per person.
