If “foodie” and “Francophile” sound like adjectives that describe you, there’s now one more event to add to your November agenda as Apéritif à la Française returns to Dubai. Taking place at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi on November 19th, the food festival will celebrate all things French with an array of activities – think entertainment, live cooking stations, and an assortment of food and beverages from well-known French brands such as Blue Whale, Lucien Georgelin, and Maille.
“Apéritif à la Française is everything you would expect, and more, from an event of this name. We’re once again expecting more than 3,000 visitors to browse our expanded line-up of exhibitors and brands showcasing the crème de la crème of French exports,” says event organizer Edwina Salvatori. Festivalgoers can expect an opportunity to indulge in oysters, a variety of pâtisseries, and French-cheese platters aplenty.
Launched in 2004, Apéritif à la Française currently takes place in five locations around the world including Tokyo, Copenhagen, Montreal, Hong Kong, and Dubai. The festival is supported by the French Ministry of Agriculture, and was launched with the mission to raise awareness on the diversity of French products across the globe.
