Bringing novel and eclectic concepts in home décor and interior design to Dubai’s home and lifestyle crowd, the pop-up Design Bar exhibition at the Gallery of Light will showcase for one day only, on May 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The gallery, located on level two of Mall of the Emirates, will showcase a variety of brands from Jordan, Lebanon, Australia, Vietnam, and India, among others. All materials and products are unique and one-of-a-kind and are made by traditional artisans and craftsmen.
Other notable companies and brands in attendance include the vintage and award-winning Shades of India, trendy accessories from Ghina Design, luxurious carpet pieces by Ali Shah Carpets, handcrafted metal ware by Studio Coppre, statement chairs by Byron Bay Hanging Chair, and crafts from Queen Rania’s non-profit initiative, The Jordan River Foundation.
From handwoven and fair trade rugs by Armadillo & Co, to the collection of contemporary Lebanese-made objects at Kafka Goes Pink and Kate & Kate’s home textiles and soft furnishings from Australia, the show is packed with inspiration, creativity, and goodies that are sure to spruce up homes across Dubai. Additionally, Benjamin Moore Paints, known for its high-quality paints and finishes, will also hold workshops throughout the day for visitors of the pop-up.
