Savoir Flair recently reported on the opening of the highly anticipated Cipriani and The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri in Dubai, but there are a number of other amazing new culinary concepts to try out this month.

As you previously discovered on Savoir Flair, Parker’s (the sister restaurant of Salt food truck) became one of Dubai’s most buzzed-about burger ventures when it launched a pop-up in Al Khazan park, where patrons needed to present a key to gain access to the brand’s sliders and fries. More on that, here. Luckily, the brand has taken its burgers, truffle fries, and s’mores pizza to a more mainstream venue, with the opening of a permanent Dubai Mall outlet.
The Dubai Mall
A fresh spin on the classic American eatery, J&G Steakhouse is warm, rustic, and known for its succulent meat cuts and selection of seafood. Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten elevates every dish, but the real star of this show is his Queensland AACo beef cut.

One of the most innovative dining concepts in the country, the recently opened Enigma at the Palazzo Versace offers an avant-garde dining experience like no other in the city. Four bespoke menus are crafted per year, each by a different Michelin-starred chef, and are only unveiled upon arrival.

Little Black Door
Little Black Door is the name on everyone’s lips, with its red brick walls and brilliant Parisian-style chandeliers, beckoning Dubai’s scenesters. On the culinary front, LBD (as it’s commonly referred to) has a menu that includes salmon and spicy guacamole, foie gras hot dogs, mini doughnuts, and a tantalizing beverage list.
