As you previously discovered on Savoir Flair, Parker’s (the sister restaurant of Salt food truck) became one of Dubai’s most buzzed-about burger ventures when it launched a pop-up in Al Khazan park, where patrons needed to present a key to gain access to the brand’s sliders and fries. More on that, here. Luckily, the brand has taken its burgers, truffle fries, and s’mores pizza to a more mainstream venue, with the opening of a permanent Dubai Mall outlet.
