Where do Rita Ora, Zac Efron, Kylie Jenner, and Rihanna go when they’re in the mood for karaoke? Where did The Weeknd have his album listening party? Where did Rosie Huntington-Whiteley celebrate her last birthday? Where was Sean Penn’s Golden Globes party held? All roads lead to upscale LA karaoke lounge Blind Dragon, which is scheduled to open a sister destination in Dubai in April.
This Asian-inspired lounge will feature four state-of-the-art private karaoke suites, as well as music provided by world-renowned DJs. The venue, which will open in Dubai’s Habtoor City and is set to be connected to the W and St. Regis hotels, is a project by LA-based hospitality and lifestyle company H.wood Group, which specializes in upscale nightlife and restaurants across the art, fashion, and creative industries.
In addition to getting their dose of karaoke, guests of Blind Dragon will be able to select from a diverse menu that offers everything from truffle edamame and fresh vegetable rolls to chicken and waffles and margherita pizza. We personally have our eyes on the trio of fries, which includes skinny fries, sweet-potato fries, and crisscut fries with sriracha ketchup and wasabi ranch dressing. Can it be April already?
