From February 26th through March 12th, the Dubai Food Festival descends upon Dubai, bringing with it a nearly endless array of mouthwatering dishes to sample at various locations across the city.

Highlights of this year’s festival include the Beach Canteen at Kite Beach, where visitors can expect to find 15 homegrown restaurants as well as live cooking demonstrations from the city’s top chefs. Meanwhile, at Eat The World DXB in Burj Park, on from February 25th to February 27th, the most delicious street-food trucks from around the emirate, as well as the UK, will be serving up a selection of diverse culinary creations.

Where: Reform Social & Grill at The Beach Canteen

What to Order:
Roasted root vegetable soup
– Seared scallops
– Grilled Scottish salmon

Where: Spirito Lounge & Kitchen at The Beach Canteen

What to Order:
Ceviche De Atum (tuna ceviche with passionfruit dressing)
Alcatra Com Salsa De Manga (marinated flank steak with mango salsa)
– Salada de Manga (mango, avocado, lime, chili, toasted coconut, and plantain crisps)
Frando Marinado Caipirinha (grilled chicken skewers with lime and chili quinoa)

Where: Mint Leaf London at The Beach Canteen

What to Order:
– Tandoori Saunfiani Cod with fennel, sweet chili, and cashew nut
– Fisherman’s Prawns

Where: Happy Maki at Eat the World DXB

What to Order:
– Thai sweet potato roll with sweet potato wedges, roasted coconut, avocado, cucumber and red pepper and teriyaki sauce
– Beet and basil satay with shredded beetroot avocado fresh basil and satay sauce

Where: Bangwok at Eat the World DXB

What to Order:
– Pad see-ew rice noodles in dark soy sauce with eggs and greens
