British actor Dev Patel, best known for his role in Slumdog Millionaire, was one of the many stars to grace the red carpet of IWC Shaffhausen’s ‘For the Love of Cinema’ gala dinner last weekend. Patel, who is one of the Swiss watch brand’s international ambassadors, was at the festival to introduce the regional premiere of The Man Who Knew Infinity, a biopic in which he stars, as well as present the 4th annual IWC Filmmaker Award. Turkish actress Tuba Büyüküstün, Lebanese actress Razane Jammal, and regional influencer Jessica Kahawaty were among those in attendance at the exclusive gala dinner hosted to honor the winner of this year’s award, aspiring Emirati director Layla Kaylif.
