British heritage brand Burberry has launched the newest addition to its fragrance line. Going on sale worldwide today, ‘My Burberry’ is inspired by the fresh scents of a London garden after the rain, and takes its name from the way people lovingly refer to their Burberry trench coat.
“’My Burberry’ is the true embodiment of our brand, in scent, in design, and in attitude. A fragrance that takes its lead from the iconic Burberry trench has to be outstanding in every way,” said Christopher Bailey, the brand’s Chief Creative and Chief Executive Officer.
Burberry’s British charm has been captured via the lens of Mario Testino, with style icons Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne taking center stage as the faces of the campaign. On working with one of fashion’s most sought-after photographers, Delevingne revealed to Savoir Flair, “Shooting with Mario is awesome. We have the best time on set and there are always exciting projects and unexpected twists. It’s always great to work with him and I love how he captures me in a sexy, but fun, way.”
