Have you ever looked around the beauty realm and felt like there’s no one that represents you? Do you rarely see women who look like you in the pages of magazines? It’s a frustrating, disheartening feeling. We feel that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and true beauty isn’t some static prescription that everyone has to follow. Tina Kunakey is a model and third culture kid, whose father is Tongolese and mother is Sicilian, and who was raised in Toulouse, France. Her mane of natural hair, strong bone structure, and penchant for vibrant makeup looks always catch our eye – and this week was no exception.
