True to her giving nature, she announced in an Instagram post that in lieu of a big party, she will be planting 40,000 trees instead. “I feel that this is the best way I know to give back to Mother Earth”, her caption read.

Opting for raw, vegan desserts instead of sugar-laden processed foods, the model sticks to the natural stuff to ensure her digestive system can process them quickly and efficiently.

In fact, Bündchen and her husband, American footballer Tom Brady, have made no secret of their strict eating habits. In fact, their private chef, Allen Campbell, revealed, “80 percent of what they eat is vegetables. [I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it’s not organic, I don’t use it. And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon.” The couple favors raw dishes, such as raw lasagna.

Experts believe that eating raw helps with everything from weight management and increased energy levels to preventing headaches, high blood pressure, and the development of diabetes and several chronic diseases because the beneficial ingredients in foods aren’t damaged in the cooking process.
