Amped Up! at Physique 57
If you and your girlfriends are total barre junkies, then the new ‘Amped Up!’ class at Physique 57 is the perfect weekend workout to do together. The name says it all – it’s an amped-up version of the studio’s signature barre classes. Think fewer breaks, targeted strength training, hardcore ab sprints, and a whole lot of cardio thrown in to leave you seriously sweaty and feeling that barre burn.

Yoga at The Beach
This one’s for the early risers. The Beach opposite JBR has just started offering free yoga classes to kickstart your weekend. Taking place on the South Lawn (close to the Kids Play Area), the hour-long sessions start at 7 a.m. and are open to anyone who wants to get their om on. What’s even better is that you’ll have endless options for a delicious breakfast afterwards, or you can head straight to the sand for a blissful beach day. There’s no need to register, but the classes are on a first-come-first-served basis, so yogis looking to secure their spot should arrive 30 minutes before the class starts. Perhaps one of the prettiest spots to practice Pilates in Dubai, Life N’One is the ideal weekend-workout destination.
