From sparkle-studded power pouts to retro glamour and a whole lot of cat-eye flicks, Milan Fashion Week’s most memorable moments are just waiting to be discovered in Savoir Flair’s roundup, below.

Moschino

Bringing the Moschino paper dolls to life, the beautiful transformation of the likes of Taylor Hill, Gigi Hadid, and Bella Hadid into vintage-inspired vixens entailed micro bangs, curly bobs, winged liner, and some fabulous false lashes. An old-school beauty look made modern, it was all about sculpted makeup and defined glamour thanks to Tom Pecheux, who brought MAC’s iconic ‘Spice’ lip pencil back to the runway to create matte-terracotta mouths.

Max Mara

Sporty and sophisticated, the beauty looks at Max Mara were all about clean, dewy skin. Hair was pulled back into slightly sweaty ponytails, making it look like the models had just stepped out of a spinning class. Flashes of color were then added to the cheeks, from pink and green to blue and yellow, bringing a burst of brightness to the runway whilst highlighting the cheekbones in a cool and creative way.

Versace

Unveiling her latest product launch, Pat McGrath created a gorgeously simple beauty look at Versace. The natural look featured flawless skin, nude lips, and a slick of mascara and was brought to life with just a touch of metallic-silver pigment – the new ‘005’ pigment from Pat McGrath Labs – that was perfectly placed in the inner corners of the eyes. Teamed with shiny, poker-straight locks, it was effortlessly chic and the perfect example of less being more.

Giorgio Armani

Blue was the hue over at Giorgio Armani, where the brand’s International Makeup Artist Linda Cantello created a smudged, smoky eye by using a kohl liner along the top and bottom lash lines, blending it in to create an almost “melted” effect. Then, a bold-blue pigment was haphazardly smudged onto lids, perfectly picking up the blue tones in next season’s collection.

Dolce & Gabbana

In true Dolce & Gabbana style, the show’s makeup look was as gorgeously romantic as ever, with models flaunting the ultimate cat-eye flick that was made softer with a slightly faded taupe effect. Meanwhile, rich-red lips perfectly matched the beautiful roses adorning their ‘dos. With the addition of gorgeously groomed eyebrows, sublime skin, and a hint of blush, this look ticked all of our favorite beauty boxes.

Fendi

Already a celebrity favorite thanks to Pat McGrath’s lip kit, glittery lips made an appearance on the Fendi runway courtesy of Peter Philips. Next time you’re hoping to up your beauty game, reach for the glitter, completing your look with a graphic cat-eye flick.
