There can’t possibly be a better way to start a summer morning than with a refreshing, water-based workout. We find the idea even more appealing knowing that it will take place in a stunning outdoor pool nestled in the lush gardens of Al Barari. Oh, and did we mention the workout is designed to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body from top to toe?
Taking place at 7 a.m. on August 29th, this women-only ‘Aqua Yoga’ class will take the movements of yoga and adapt them to work in water, thereby boosting your overall wellness. Thanks to the added resistance and release of gravity, it’s gentle but effective, taking pressure off the joints as you move and flow. Plus, you have the added bonus of being able to treat yourself to a delicious and nutritious breakfast afterwards. Protein waffles with fresh berries, maple syrup, and peanut butter? Yes, please.
