Are you ready to be poisoned?
When it comes to heady, intoxicating, powerfully seductive scents, Dior’s new ‘Poison Girl Eau de Parfum’ ticks all the boxes, doing exactly as its name suggests. It will poison your senses with a smell so sweetly sensual you won’t know what’s hit you, making it one seriously powerful perfume that captures your nose – and your heart.
“Poison Girl is immediately identifiable; it’s an uncompromising signature,” says François Demachy, Dior Perfume Creator. The sixth scent in Dior’s ‘Poison’ range, it’s an explosive fragrance created for a younger audience, for the rebellious young woman who wants to leave a lasting impression on those around her. “It was more a question of character. I had an idea of youth. A woman who is very strong-willed, almost provocative, maybe even scandalous,” says Demachy of the ‘Poison Girl’ woman. “My starting point was a combination of this woman and ‘Poison’, which had created a powerful shock in the perfume world when it came out,” he adds.
Intense, sweet, and floral, it’s deliciously decadent and consists of precious raw ingredients housed in the iconic ‘Poison’ bottle that’s been given an edgy pink makeover. Crisp notes of Sicilian bitter orange sit on a floral heart of roses, whilst at its base lie warm, rich, heady notes of Sri Lankan sandalwood, Venezuelan tonka bean, almond, and vanilla, adding a touch of mystery and oriental sweetness to make for a fearless fragrance experience like no other.
