A week-long initiative from January 17th to the 23rd, it’s all about encouraging people to lead balanced lives and to make healthy, informed choices for the mind, body, and soul.

From morning to evening, there are workshops galore, tackling anything and everything from how to use meditation to control your emotions and beating stress with hypnotherapy to eating to look younger and harp healing music therapy, with expert speakers including nutritionists, lifestyle consultants, yogis, and healers. Taking place in Al Barari’s Heart & Soul Spa, The Farm restaurant, the Body Language Health Club, and the stunning gardens, you couldn’t pick a better place to disconnect from the outside and reconnect within.
