MAISON ROUVENAT REVIVED
Jewelry maker Maison Rouvenat was first established in 1852 but faded after the founder's death. In 2022 it was revived by four industry experts, all former insiders at Cartier. Their vision for Rouvenat is steeped in eco-consciousness – manifesting in practices such as co-creation and blockchain to authenticate each piece – as they navigate the delicate balance of reviving a storied brand without betraying its soul. Sourcing only reclaimed stones and inspired by the brand's rediscovered archive of 3,000 period gouaches, Rouvenat promises a blend of craftsmanship and contemporary responsibility, heralding a new era for luxury jewelry and reviving a Maison that was once forgotten. Most recently, a dinner was hosted with Manal Al Hammadi and Maison Rouvenat to celebrate the maison's arrival in Dubai.
