The red carpet has seen its share of well-hewn women walk its length, and this week is no exception. The gowns are lovely, the celebrities wearing them even lovelier, but it’s their shoes that made us sit up and take notice. Jessica Alba wore a silky abstract print dress, but it was her bronze heels that caught our eye. Eva Longoria and Malin Akerman also sported some cool ankle-strap kicks that leaned heavily toward the avant-garde realm of shoe style. We couldn’t catch a peek at Natalie Portman’s feet beneath her elegant, tiered gown, but we’re willing to bet they were stylish and vegan.
