The Art of Collaboration by Bottega Veneta

Human beings are the only species that will align their eyesight with something beautiful. If we see a beautiful bird fly by, we will crane our necks to watch it pass us.

Not only does photographer Jack Pierson have an extraordinary gift, he also has this type of unmatched eye for beauty. It is for this reason Bottega Veneta selected him to shoot their SS12 advertising campaign. This exclusive behind-the-scenes video, voiced over by designer Tomas Maier, explains Pierson’s abilities (“his images read like a diary”) set to a fast-paced percussive soundtrack.
