L'Amour Fou offers a rare biographical glimpse into the private lives of both Yves Saint Laurent and his longtime business partner, Pierre Bergé.

While fashion was the business, the two shared a deep, impactful bond over art. The art collection they amassed over the decades was one of the best in the world and included original works by the likes of Picasso and Matisse. This film biopic follows Bergé's emotional decision to auction off the collection after Yves' death. This auction was dubbed "The Auction of the Century" and generated global interest.
